“I used to feel like death after running for two minutes, so running for an extended period of time was unthinkable. However, Laura encouraged me to try out her plan. She customized a schedule for me, answered all my silly questions, and talked me through my struggles and discouragement. She kindly stopped me from over-exerting at the beginning and patiently helped me through my knee pain along the way. I ran a 5K at the end of the training. Her help and encouragement was so significant in my achievement. Laura is seriously an awesome coach! I didn’t think I would ever enjoy running, but I do!
