Yoga for Pain Workshops

We’ll practice basic movements with the intention of bringing awareness to the way your body is moving. We’ll engage your thinking mind by discussing the anatomy of movement. But we’ll also use breath and meditation to tap into your felt sense and intuition – your body’s innate wisdom and ability to heal itself. We’ll move slow and with ease. These workshops are truly for anyone and will provide a window into what is possible.
