I tried to take up a jewelry making hobby for years, acquiring random tools and supplies at random times. It never really stuck though. Then during Yoga Teacher Training I discovered mantra meditation, a practice that combines my love for singing and the natural beauty of gemstone malas. I began making my own malas and that quickly led to other jewelry. I finally found my style, working with gemstones, and currently sell both malas and other jewelry on Etsy at LauraWJewels.
