5-Minute Daily Yoga Challenge
When: 5 minutes every day of January 2021
A consistent little goes a long way. Further than a big push every once in awhile, as it turns out. This is a lesson I continue to learn over and over again. I hope you join me in realizing the benefits of a consistent yoga practice this January 2021. Spend 5 minutes every day practicing yoga independently. That’s all! It’s free and it only takes 5 minutes. I mean, why WOULDN’T you do it?

You don’t actually need to register to participate, but here’s why I think you should:
- Register by Christmas and get 25% off a private challenge support session.
- Everyone who completes the challenge (that registered) will be invited to a free group yoga class live on Zoom. We’ll find a day/time that works best for the group.
- I’ll send you a weekly email with thoughts and tips.
- I’ll know you’re participating and might just check in on you randomly.
Does 5 minutes of child’s pose count? What about meditation?
Yes and yes! Do whatever serves you best.
What if I do an hour of yoga one day?
Way to go!!! That’s AWESOME! You still have to do 5 minutes tomorrow. No carrying over.
How will you know I completed the challenge?
I will ask and you will tell me the truth because you’re a good person.
